displayed is correct however it is not feedme.co.nz's responsibility to update the information and we take no responsibility for any information published.
When viewing a listing you should remember that it is up to the eatery to update their information and as such anything displayed may be out of date.
3. Limitation of Liability
By using this website you agree that feedme.co.nz and its owner are not liable for anything including but not limited to any loss of profit,
reputation or business.
4. Terms may change
feedme.co.nz reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions anytime without notifying users.
5. Information Ownership
All information (Including but not limited to text, images and page layout) provided on this website belongs to either feedme.co.nz or a supplier.
You may not reproduce or distribute any of it without our written permission.
6. Free Service
Currently feedme.co.nz provides its services for free to both eateries and users. At the time of writing we have no intention to change this
but we reserve the right to do so at any time. If we did move to a scheme requiring payment no one who signed up under the free scheme would be charged any
money without their agreement.
7. Competitions
Currently feedme.co.nz provides eateries with the ability to run competitions via feedme.co.nz.
Feedme only provides the mechanism to run the competition, it is in no way responsible for the
prizes. It is the responsibility of the eatery to honour their competition prize codes, failure to do so may
result in the removal of the eatery from this website.
8. Speed of Service
feedme.co.nz does not charge for the services it provides and as such it does not provide anyone with full time employment. Approvals and emails will be
dealt with as soon as possible but you will have to forgive any delays.
